PetPiko accepts refund or replacement requests for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Please provide clear photos or videos of the issue along with your order details so our support team can verify the problem. Once approved, we will offer either a replacement of the product or a refund to your original payment method.
Please note that items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories where applicable. Certain items such as pet food, hygiene products, grooming items, or custom-made products are non-returnable for health and safety reasons, unless they arrive damaged.
Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. PetPiko reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
